How do I invite my partner?

Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings, then tap “Invite partner” and send your partner the code. Your partner signs in, chooses “Have an invite code?” and enters it. A code is valid for 7 days and works once.

The sign-in code does not arrive.

It usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly, then request a new code. If it still does not arrive, write to us.

Can my partner see everything I add?

Yes, your shared space is visible to both of you. The exception is wishlist items marked “Keep it secret”: only the person who added them can see them.

How do I export our data?

Settings → “Export my data” saves all data of your space as a JSON file.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → “Delete account”. What happens to your data is explained on the page Delete your Our Place account.

How do I cancel Premium?

The subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play: open your store account settings → Subscriptions → Our Place. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
